Main Activities of the Department are: -1. Control overall execution of the awarded projects. Activities include defining and confirming the project goals and objectives, identifying tasks and how goals will be achieved, quantifying the resources needed, and determining budgets and time schedule for completion & organizing the work etc..
The Projects of the departments are as follows:-
a. We have successfully completed supply and erection 4 gas turbine units (305 MW output) in Subiya and it is auxiliary, operation and maintenance of the power plant for 5 years is running successfully. The value of the project is KD. 82,045,000/-
b. Successfully completed construction , and Operation & maintenance of Water towers & ground reservoirs for the project value of KD 18,000,000/-
c. Successfully completed construction of water pipelines ductile iron pipes of the project value KD 17,000,000/-
d. A new contact is being awrded recently by MEW for the construction, completion and maintenance of three lines of carbon steel pipes of diameter 1600mm with the project value of KD.37,598,395/-
2. Pricing & Estimation of the forthcoming tenders belongs the department.
Many tenders are under study.
