Combined Group Contracting Co has the highest regard for its customers, shareholders and stakeholders associated with it. Hence, CGC takes immense care in dealing with their esteemed customers, whether government or private, and is proud to have them as part of the CGC family.

CGC has designed a robust ‘Customer Care System’ for the benefit of customers so they can easily interact with us for any queries, suggestions or complaints. CGC shall review the request in a personal manner, and get in touch with you within 48 hours of the request submittal.

This form is in excel and directly typable within the form itself. You may simply enter the data, save it on your PC and send by email, or print out the filled form and send by fax.

Personal Visit

You may visit our Head Office in Ardiya Industrial Area and meet with our Customer Care Representative to discuss and register your queries / complaints personally. Kindly visit the QA/QC department for a personal discussion with our representative.

Customer Feedback / Satisfaction Survey:

CGC values and appreciates your feedback regarding our services and always looks forward to ways of improving our service provision to our customers. Annually, CGC conducts a Customer Feedback / Satisfaction Survey to understand the customer’s perception of us, our products and services, our people and every other thing that the customer feels needs change or improvement.
