In any large organization, the numbers of details that have to be kept in perfect order are staggering. From licenses to company buildings, every minor detail has to be taken care of to keep the company running smoothly. This is the job of the Administration Department. All companies within the CGC group have their own local administration function that varies in size and responsibilities depending on the needs of the company in question.
The following are the functions handled by Administration Department of all CGC companies, each according to need:
Passports: this section deals with the passport validity of all employees and ensures that residence permits and other such requirements are kept valid and are renewed on time.
Licenses and Permits: this section manages all licenses and permits that are required for the company to go about its activities are obtained and kept current. This section also applies for and seeks to obtain approval for any necessary resources for the use of the company that must be approved by the government.
Buildings and Maintenance: this section manages all physical locations for the use of the company. They ensure that the right facilities are obtained whether through acquisition or lease. They are then entrusted with the upkeep of the facilities from all aspects: maintenance, cleanliness and security.
Public Relations: from press relations to event management and trade shows, the Public Relations Section ensures that the core values of the company are properly communicated to the outside world.
Shared Services: this section handles all the shared resources that are needed within a typical organization, from the secretarial pool to the hospitality services.
