• Combined Group Contracting Company is committed to quality by meeting or exceeding customers' expectation and complying with applicable statutory and legal requirements through continual improvement and innovation thus achieving our objectives
• All managers and employees must be involved in the planning and effective implementation of our documented ISO 9001:2000quality management system and shall work continually toward maintaining and improving the system and applying statutory and regulatory requirements pertaining to contracting business
• The basic quality criteria of our work is to implement activities and procedures through studying and developing, improving work methods in every angle of our daily work
• Furthermore, we must work every day to learn more about our business, its fundamental process, and to search for improvement opportunities in every corner of our operation. We must utilize sound data collection and analysis to find and implement those improvement opportunities
