Support Departments

To the unsung heroes... To the unknown soldiers... To those who work diligently behind the scenes to keep the various machineries of the company lubricated well and running smoothly... To the employees of CGC's support departments.

The CGC support departments are the company's entire skeletal and muscular systems rolled into one. They are the people who ensure that the company is awarded tenders through the Technical Department. They are the people who ensure that sufficient funds are available to carry out the begotten work through the Finance Department. They are the ones who ensure that the appropriately qualified staff are retained and maintained through the Human Resources Department. They are the ones who ensure that the most modern business and management tools are deployed and utilized through the Information Technologies Department. They are the ones who ensure that certificates, licenses, memberships, offices, buildings and a plethora of other aspects are up-kept and in due order through the Administration Department. Finally, they are also the ones that ensure rights are protected, contracts are equitable and justifiable claims are filed and obtained through the Legal Department.

No company can operate without the appropriate support functions. At CGC, each country of operation may have all or some of the support functions locally. Those countries that do not require a permanent support function locally still have access to the mother company's central support functions out of Kuwait.
