SUPPLEMENTARY DISCLOSURE REGARDING THE CASE FILED AGAINST Ministry of Public Works
The court ruled that the action is admissible in form and on the merits.
First: To oblige the first and second defendants, in their respective capacities, to issue a certificate to the plaintiff confirming final acceptance of the works executed under Contract No. 212/ط) as of 01/09/2023, and all resulting effects thereof.
oblige the first defendant, in his capacity, to pay the plaintiff the value of the final payment in the amount of K.D. 198,417.979 (one hundred and ninety-eight thousand, four hundred and seventeen Kuwaiti Dinars and 979 fils), in addition to legal interest on this amount at a rate of 7% per annum from the due date of 10/01/2018 until full payment.
