With reference to the above subject, we would like to inform you that the Capital Markets Authority has approved the request to renew the right to deal in the company's treasury shares, provided that the transaction amount does not exceed the limits of the percentage permitted to be retained from shareholders' equity balances against the cost of the treasury shares held, in accordance with Law No. 7 of 2010 and its executive regulations and their amendments.

Please find attached the Material Information Disclosure Form (Annex No. 10), along with a copy of the approval received from the Capital Markets Authority.
