First:

Establishment of a holding company in the United Arab Emirates in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, to be wholly owned (100%) by Combined Group Contracting Company (K. S.C.) [The Parent Company], We will update you with any further developments in this regard in due course

Second:

Opening a branch of Combined Group Contracting Company (K.S.C.) in the Syrian Arab Republic.
