With reference to the above-mentioned subject and further to our letter No. CGC-EXP-8014 dated 23/10/2024, as well as the previous disclosure regarding the contract concluded with the Ministry of Public Works, Combined Group Contracting Company (K.S.C.) would like to state that, pursuant to what was published in the Official Gazette 'Kuwait Al-Youm' on 12/07/2026, the issuance of Variation Order No. 1 for the contract has been approved. This includes an increase in the contract value by an amount of KWD 5,275,000, representing 25% of the contract value.

The Company would also like to clarify that, as of the date and time of this disclosure, it has not yet received the official variation order letter from the competent authority.
