- Consolidated Financial Statements of the company for the fiscal year ending on 31/12/2025 and the report of the auditor.

-Approval of re-appointment of Mr. Nayef Al-buzay, assistant from Al-buzay RSM & Partners office, as the company's external auditor for the year 2026.

-The Analyst/Investor Conference is scheduled to be held via a live webcast at 2:00 PM (Kuwait Local Time) on Monday, April 6, 2026.
