With reference to the above-mentioned subject, and further to our letter Ref: CGCEXP-9851 dated 13/08/2025, we wish to inform you that Combined Group Contracting Emirates (L.L.C.) (a subsidiary) has completed the procedures for the establishment of its subsidiary, namely Combined Group Asphalt Manufacturing Company L.L.C. (S.S.W.), as per the following details:  

 ·          Trade Name: Combined Group Asphalt Manufacturing Company L.L.C. (S.S.W.).

 ·          Date of Incorporation:04/02/2026.

 ·          Capital: AED 3,000,000(Three Million United Arab Emirates Dirhams), approximately KWD 250,935 (Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Five Kuwaiti Dinars).
