Accordingly, please find attached the minutes of the conference in both Arabic and English. as well as the 2025 Annual Investor's Presentation. Please find enclosed the Supplementary Disclosure Form (Annex No. 12), duly completed in accordance with the applicable requirements and pursuant to the instructions of the Capital Markets Authority in this regard.
