Date of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of Combined Group Contracting Company (K.S.C.)
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter Four of BookTen of the Executive Regulations, as amended, of Law No. 7 of 2010 concerningthe disclosure of material information and the mechanism for its announcement, CombinedGroup Contracting Company (K.S.C.) hereby announces that it has resolved toconvene the Company’s Ordinary General Assembly Meeting at 11:00 a.m. onMonday, 12 January 2026, at the Company’s head office, located in Al-ArdiyaIndustrial Area – Block (2), Plot No. (284), to consider the items setforth in the agenda of the OrdinaryGeneral Assembly.
The Company further confirms that the Ministry ofCommerce and Industry has been duly notified of the venue, date, andagenda of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting, in full compliance withthe provisions of Ministerial Resolution No. 598 of 2017.
