To the requirements of Chapter One of the Twelfth Book of the Executive Regulations of Law No. 7 of 2010 as amended by Law No. 22 of 2015, regarding the establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and the regulation of securities activity and its amendments, and to the stock exchange rules concerning the confirmation of the schedule for stock entitlements or any amendments made to it eight business days before the specified entitlement date. Attached is the supplementary disclosure form, Annex No. (12), duly completed according to the regulations, in implementation of the instructions from the Capital Markets Authority in this regard, along with the disclosure form for stock entitlements, approved in accordance with the regulations by the Kuwait Clearing Company on the Kuwait Stock Exchange website
