Clarification from subsidiary

We would like to inform you that one of the subsidiaries, the Combined Group Rocks Company (K.S.C.C.), owned by the Combined Group Contracting Company (K.S.C.P.) at a rate of (67) percent, has completed a deal to purchase a ship for a value of approximately KD 2,637,410 (two million, six hundred and thirty-seven thousand, four hundred and ten Kuwaiti dinars). The purchase deal has been completed and the ship has been received, and the procedures for transferring and registering all ownership rights in the ship are underway in accordance with the rules in the name of the subsidiary company.
