Clarification on unusual trading

With reference to the above topic, and

based on the text of Article 4-5 of Book

Ten (Disclosure and Transparency Book)

of the Executive Regulations of Law No.7

of 2010 regarding the establishment of the

Capital Markets Authority and the

regulation of securities activity, and in

compliance with the instructions issued and

the mechanism for announcing them,

regarding unusual trading activity on

Boursa Kuwait on 06/18/2025.

We inform you that the company doesn’t

have any fundamental developments that

have occurred would lead to unusual

activity on the company’s shares.

The company confirms its constant

keenness to adhere to the instructions of the

Capital Markets Authority in this regard.
