Signing a reconciliation and debt settlement contract between Combined Group contracting Company (K.S.C), & Petrofac International Limited.

We would like to inform you that Combined Group

contracting Company has previously filed a (first) case

against Petrofac International Limited (Petrofac

International Limited) and Kuwait Oil Company, and a

first instance ruling was issued in our favor, which was

disclosed on 06/18/2023, Reference number CGC-EXP-

5409.

Then an appeal ruling was issued on 03/19/2025, as

follows:

The court first ruled accept the original and corresponding appeals No. 4730/2023 ت 7 in a second form,

and on the subject of appeal No. 4730/2023 ت 7

to cancel the appealed ruling and rule again to oblige the appellant

against it, first Petrofac Company and second the Oil

Company, jointly and severally, to pay the appellant, the

Combined Group contracting Company, a total amount

of KD7,827,997,966 and legal interest at the rate of (7%)

annually from the date of the judicial claim obtained on

06/28/2021, until the completion of payment and

obligation the first appellant against it with expenses in

the amount of KD1,000 in exchange for actual attorney

fees for the third level of litigation, and in the subject of

Appeal No. 4843/2023, Commercial 7 rejected it and

obligated the appellant to pay expenses and an amount of

KD 100 for attorney's fees"
